Solitaire Home Story Freezing

I posted two weeks ago and I still cant play this game. WHEN WILL YOU FIX IT?????????? I can't go any further on Solitaire Home Story; The screenshot shows what It is doing. I have cleaned browse...

Solitaire Home Story has been frozen for a week. It is stuck at tap to continue with a blue star burst on the screen.

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

 

  • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
  • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
  • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
  • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
  • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

    I have tried all of the things suggested as well as 3 different laptops and different browsers.
