Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

I have followed all of your recommendations and Solitaire Home Story remains frozen. This is after I paid for a season pass. So many people are having this issue so it should be obvious by now that your solutions do not work and this is a POGO problem, not a user problem. After shelling out for a subscription and purchasing a season pass and not being able to play, I would say this amounts to breech of contract and misrepresentation by taking payment to access a game and then not delivering. If you cannot fix the game, then you need to at least restore my purchase of a season pass back to my account.
