I did everything you suggested. No matter what browser I use the game is stuck exactly in the same place as the screen shot I provided. My computer and browser meet the requirements. I can play all the other games without an issue.
My game has been frozen since April 10th, 2024 ... no one cares & I'm not going to pay for some other sights that want to charge me ... EA needs to get this issue fixed without me paying someone else ... I pay my annual membership for POGO & no one at EA will even respond to my complaints ...
