SOLITAIRE HOME STORY GAME RESET AND HALLOWEEN SEASON LOST!!!

On October 20, 2025 somewhere between 0715 MST and 0739 MST after I had played the usual eight (8) lives allowed when a SEASON is purchased, the game reset to LEVEL ONE!!!  I finished playing one of the coin levels at 0715 MST and returned at 0739 MST to see if I could win that level. I was dismayed and very upset that the entire SOLITAIRE HOME STORY game had completely reset back to the beginning. I reported this on the members game forum on October 20, 2025 at 0751 MST. 

 Whatever level I was at? (2243+) --- (that is my last recollection of a level from the pop up menu under the tablet icon). I am including screen shots of the current page and the pop up progress menu. I am hugely past LEVEL 102 and well into Chapter Four of the home renovations. For example, the cliff had collapsed and Peggy had fallen in the water and was rescued by a stranger. That should tell you where I was at in game play. Certainly not LEVEL 102!!!

This is clearly an in-game glitch. Fortunately, the hard won MAPLE COINS, boosters and power-ups have NOT been lost but my game progress has. ALSO, the WELCOME SEASON restarted as I continued game play in the hope SOLITAIRE HOME STORY would reset quickly. Forty eight hours and counting later, the game has not returned to the level I was at. EA GAME chat was no help and I have also reported this under the EA HELP Forum as a reply to someone else who had also lost game progress. That person was at LEVEL 842 (I think) when the game reset to the beginning for that player.

If I have to start at the very beginning,  I WANT MY 150 GEMS BACK I SPENT TO PURCHASE THE HALLOWEEN SEASON!!!!
