Community ManagerThanks for laying this out so clearly — and props for already testing across multiple browsers. That helps a lot. Since it’s happening across a few days and different browsers, the next thing to check is :
- Browser Compatibility: Pogo games work best on the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Mac), or Edge for HTML games. Could you double-check that the browser you're using is one of these and is fully up to date?
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Old or corrupted cached data can sometimes interfere with how games run. Clearing the cache can help remove those blockers and get things running smoothly again.
- Extensions and Pop-Up Blockers: These can interfere with how pages load or respond. Try disabling them or running the game in a private/incognito window.

Thanks for the reply! I've tried to buy the new fridge in both Firefox and Google Chrome. I tried to clear the cache and cookies, disabled popup blockers, and tried it in a private window as well. None of these helped - as the game continues to do the same thing.
So far this is only happening for the new fridge. I've never had the issue with any other items to buy, and the game is playing fine otherwise.
I just found out that it doesn't work for me to do chores either. I can click on the "chore" but it doesn't mark it as complete.
