Stars that I had previously earned in Solitaire Home Story has now disappeared. I have been trying to find help for this ffor more than an hour, but it is nearly impossible to get any help. The closest I can find is the forums. How do I get answers to this?
This keeps happening to me also. I have tried to get the issue resolved to no avail. I have paid for the Season Pass in the new Pirate challenge, but I can't progress in the game if I lost my stars. This needs to be fixed.

I have been playing solitary home story and over the past 2 days every time I close the game I lose the stars that I have earned. It started when I opened a new section of the game.

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to Play Solitaire Home Story if the stars do not accumulate so they can be used. When EA sets them back to zero upon exiting the game, which is logical to do after exhausting all your turns, it makes it impossible for players to make progress in the game. I will stop playing this game and cancel my 20-year Pogo subscription if this issue is not promptly resolved.
Solitaire home story not keeping my stars. I have won at least 6 and when I sign on it show 0 again.
Once fixed will we get our stars earned back?
Me too! It's especially frustrating when you use power ups or gems to gain those stars and then they all disappear before you can use them.
