Stars that I had previously earned in Solitaire Home Story has now disappeared. I have been trying to find help for this ffor more than an hour, but it is nearly impossible to get any help. The closest I can find is the forums. How do I get answers to this?

I keep winning stars on Solitaire Home Story; however, I keep loosing them. I lost about 5 since yesterday. I win them, but don't have enough to use them so I go play another game. When I have turns available again, I go back and the stars I won earlier are gone. This started last evening. What is going on?
Please add MY name to the list of people who is losing stars won in Solitaire Home Story. This just happened again between last night and tonight (Aug 30 -31) BRoth132

That is a good question, and I was thinking about that to myself as a fellow Pogo Player.
Right now, there are only postings in the Pogo Blog of the Month, or you can search for a particular subject or announcements within the Pogo Forums. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can always post a question on there as well.
However, not everyone does this. I didn't myself for many years.
Alerts or issues should be on the homepage as they once were, Pogo Spike at one time made the announcements.
Spike also would randomly thank us for being part of the Pogo Family and wish us happiness on holidays, very positive and kind. Some players enjoyed feeling appreciated and part of a community. Made it feel like a home.

Sconnie: I am also having the same problem with lost stars, AGAIN! It is very frustrating as some of the levels are very hard to win especially without helping boosters. If this continues I will just quit the game. The "fun" and "challenge" aspects are gone if this continues. BRoth132
