Stars that I had previously earned in Solitaire Home Story has now disappeared. I have been trying to find help for this ffor more than an hour, but it is nearly impossible to get any help. The closest I can find is the forums. How do I get answers to this?
I paid for the Season Pass, too. This is the first time I have purchased a season pass and the first time I have had this problem. I wonder if there is a connection.

For the past few days every time I come back to a session. My stars from me previous session have disappeared. The game itself maintains the spot where I left off. But this frustrating as the story cannot progress.

I have been looseing my stars for the same amount of time. Have lost five or six. Very frustrating as I am unable to advance in the game.

I don't know what is going on with Solitaire Home Story but it appears that since I reached level 1100 I cannot accumulate more than 3 stars. I win games and it adds them but if I cannot win a game to get to the 6 I need for the next task and give up. When I come back later it has reset to 3 stars. I have won levels 1101, 1102, 1103 and 1104 and it just keeps resetting to 3 stars.
It seems like every time we get one of these events it messes up something in the game.
