Re: Games are not loading

i’ve tried numerous times to load game.  I’m on an ipad, iOS 26.2 and have tried safari and chrome with the same outcome.  When loading on the game board, the screen is black.  I’ve tried reloading and screen continues to be black.  

This has also happened in matching moments except with the black screen, some writing is noted but can’t see actual game board.

frustrated because not being able to complete badges for solitaire home story
