I bought the season pass for Solitaire Home story and it was working fine and then it disappeared and I lost everything I won and it wants me to pay the 150 gems again! How do I get my season pass back or get a refund of my gems?
I purchased the Season Pass in the Solitaire Home Story Game on 28MARCH2024 and had been progressing with it very well until Tuesday, 9APRIL2024. The game started the event all over and does not have my access to the season pass open at all. I paid 150 diamonds for this and have not been able to enjoy the benefits. I have been trying to find a way to get help with this issue but keep getting sent back to the same how to pages! Please, help. Thank you.

Do you get an error message at all? No, I did have to sign into Pogo but that does happen occasionally.

- Do you get an error message at all? No Errors, just a pop up that wants me to buy a season pass which I already had and didn't complete but it reverted back.

Hello, I paid the 150 gems for the golden pass in Solitaire Home Story and my progress in the Easter suddenly reset and I lost my progress and lost my golden pass. It says I have to pay again to "activate" it. Thanks for your help.
When is resolution expected? It has been several days, at this point it is beginning to feel like theft.

My game has seemed reset, like I never paid for the Easter Season for 4 days or so. I was at level 23 or 24 and now it says I need to pay all over again and has started me back at square one!
Same issue for me, frozen game after buying the season pass
Patronising advice to clear your cache, try another browser etc of course does nothing

abbycattx, You are so right the honorable thing to do would be to return our gems, or at least fix the game but they won't. They have proven time and again that support is pretty much non existent anymore. Other wise we would have a way to contact them like we used to instead of having to post our issues on a forum where community leaders are left only being able to request we leave information like our running systems, what browsers we use.... etc. And all they can do is forward it to the "supposed" support team who rarely fixes the issues.
Myself and other members have been dealing with an issue in Claire Hart Secrets in the Shadows for nearly a year with cases we have purchased that don't work properly. There have been many posts on here and complaints but it still doesn't work right and all we get are the usual questions about our systems and that info is forwarded to the team.
It's shameful and I'm seriously considering not renewing my membership next time it comes up.
