Hello! Sorry to hear about Solitaire Home Story & Garden Blast lagging and freezing for you, there could be several reasons for this, however this is often a sign of memory or graphics issues.

High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. Having only the Pogo website open while gaming will help with performance.

Additionally ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 4GB of RAM (more is better). Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout, not load at all and exit abruptly.

Power Cycling:  Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.

A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or not load properly. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.

Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.

Quit telling people it's their problem with their computers, there are waaay to many people complaining about the games in pogo NOT working right and you tell them all the same thing you are telling me The real problem lays on your end take the responsibility and fix it put the speed back into the games....Mind you not all the games that I have been playing are slow just some like the two I mention as well as pogo slots are running verry slow other games are running fine again it's not mine or anyone else computer....a lot of people have done what is said to do and they say none of that worked so with that being said AGAIN it's on YOUR end...Besides if one  game is running slow all the game would be running slow this is not the case only a couple are running slow or freezing that I know of, but I do see other people  complaining about the same thing in different other games that I do not play, You can not tell me that every ones computer or lines or whatever you suggest to do is the problem...Fix the problem on YOUR END!!!!!

My homestory won’t load at all & garden blast only loads to 2% therefore I can’t complete the challenges. Frustrating! 

Home story freezes up

It is very annoying to have a challenge in a game that constantly freezes or loads so slowly that you can walk away do a few other things and still not loaded when you get back. Pogo really needs to fix this issue immediately 

Garden Blast only freezes for me in Gnats garden mode. This is so annoying
