What gives? This game still doesn't load, It has been almost two months and yet again it will be a weekly challenge. If I can play the free version on my devices I should be able to play the one I pay for! I can only still play one game after the calendar appears and that's it. I can't access the store, change items or change scenes. It seems to have started after I received a new item during the Halloween Pass. Help!!!
Community ManagerI can't load it either. It has been several months. Is there a way to bypass this game for the event? Please fix the issues or don't make it part of an event you have to complete to move forward!!!!!
Why can’t we play Solitaire Home Story anymore on our IPads? We used to be able to, before the update to the game. Many posts about this from multiple players on the forums. Is the issue going to be addressed?
As of Friday December 20th in the evening I can not load Solitaire Home either. I payed Gems for the season pass to do the Christmas season and I can't play. When I click the play button all i get is the Christmas scene in front of the house. What gives?
Are they actually going to fix this or what? I can't complete another event because of this game not loading. I still have the pirate flag in the front yard and Halloween decor as well. It's not fair not being able to compete. I have a feeling the old decor could be the reason for glitches as not everyone has the same decor.
I guess this will never be resolved, this game has had issues since the first season pass last spring. Every time a new pass comes out it has loading issues! For me it's been since July. Time to start compensating for missed events and challenges, or stop including this game in each one. No way will I gain 2000 coins in two weeks only being able to play one game a day! I know I'm wasting my breath already on this game issue! Actively investigating...my foot! PS someone moved the tree in the zen garden!
