Sorry to hear you're running into this issue, from your screenshot it looks like you're trying to play on a mobile device.
The Pogo team is aware of an issue at the moment affecting some games on Mobile devices including Solitaire Home Story, they are actively investigating the issue and when I have an update I will let you know as soon as possible.
