Solitaire Home story

My game does not freeze, it crashes on the initial screen every time I try to load it.  Then I keep getting an error message and it won’t load at all.  Had this same problem several months ago.  Then it suddenly began to work again (most of the time or, at least it would reload after crashing).  Now we’re back to me being unable to load it at all.  And, of course, it has occurred each time there is a special challenge (or more than one) that involves this game.  So I loose out on the challenges and resulting rewards.  I wouldn’t care about it if I wasn’t paying for this site.  But Pogo could care less IMO, is impossible to communicate with, and does nothing to assist us.
