solitaire home story

I earned 45 minutes of free game play, from opening one of the gifts.  But when i also earned an extra 10 minutes of game play, when it went to add it to the 36 minutes i had left, it glitched and put me down to 16 minutes.  This is very frustrating.  I want my 30 minutes back.
