I have been stuck on coin level for 2 weeks AGAIN.  What is wrong with this game????

Hi 

No error message it just freezes and I am unable to close out browser. I have to hard shut down my computer to reboot

I'm on level 312 the chapter is stuck on chapter 3 call Andrew and it will not advance> I cannot do daily task that's frozen too. I have to leave the game just play it without touching any of the other daily task or trying to go forward.

I'm using Google Crome 64 bit, it just updated I had no problems with the game until I purchased my membership.

Thank you for the screenshot and information, I understand you are using Google Chrome as your browser, what type of device are you using - i.e. Apple, Microsoft, Linux, Chromebook, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, etc.

Additionally, can you try logging out of the Pogo website and:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser cache and cookies can often resolve issues like game reloads, slow performance, or unexpected redirects.

Power Cycling:  Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router and helps with updates. 

I did all of your recommendations; I'm using windows pro 10 HP I had no problems with my game until I got yearly subscription all of the other games are working fine without any glitches, except for solitaire home story. Maybe it threw this hick up because the game was active at the time of my purchase, but it should have not affected anything. This game is not working on Google Crome or Microsoft Edge. So, I'm stumped and pissed off.  

Am I the only one that has not been able to play solitaire home story in three months it either won’t load or get to where you go to play and it just starts all over again. I’ve talked to Pogo live chat, but they haven’t helped all they said is keep coming in here and posting about it so here I am again and haven’t been able to play the game since January

  And it doesn’t matter if I am on my computer or my iPad and I’ve deleted cookies cleared the cache doesn’t matter. It just keeps reloading.

I can’t get this game to load.  I have restarted the browser and the tablet.  It try’s twice and then I get the white screen telling me there is a problem.  I have the same issue on chrome and safari.
