This is in regards to a reply I sent around two, or three hours ago. So I went in to check the game as I have been doing throughout the day ever since this mess started. And found an even bigger mess.... The game took me all the way back to the beginning, & removed everything I should have received when I purchased the Season Activity Pass for 150 gems,, AND they didn't replace the gems I used to purchase the Season Activity Pass. Now, I am angry. I am on a fixed income and cannot deviate from my budget, but now I have to figure out what to do, & I have NOTHING to show for it!!! Please! Fix this. Give my gems back if you can't fix it. I have been with POGO since the beginning, & am a Club Pogo Member. I really enjoy Pogo games, & have no desire to leave. However, I cannot afford losses like this.
