Solitary home story crashing/not loading for wks

So disgusted with pogo/EA..can't get issues resolved or open cases. This game has been reloading for weeks, can't play to complete events and losing out on what I paid for in game, gonna end soon..tried to access chat, open cases, report bugs, no resolution, no compensation, and can't even get to report. It's like a maze with spinning my wheels..very frustrating..I can't even access my cases. Last chat shut off BEFORE anyone came on, couldn't get back to it or open new chat..EA and POGO VERY BUGGY/GLITCHY.. Maybe they're too big for their britches..miss the old pogo..at least we were compensated for stuff that went wrong and was easier to chat, get help..
