Spades HD will not load correctly. The game loads to 100%, then hangs at "connecting to server-please wait". This has been an issue for several weeks now. I've also seen on other threads the other players are having the exact same issue. Please fix this problem.

I have used the Edge and the Google browsers and both had the same issue with Spades HD not connecting to the server. I even had a computer technician look at my laptop and the only way that he found that would let me play the game was if I disabled my Bitdefender internet security, Which I would never do.

I am having the same problem. As far as i know it is the only game that does this. I have tried 3 different browsers, checked cookies, cleared cache. I have contacted "Help" where i get a phone call with no one there then an email asking if i got it fixed. Three times that happened. Been dealing with this problem since Nov 2020.

If you are still unable to load the game, please clear your cache, restart your browser, and try loading Spades HD once again. If you followed the above directions and are still unable to load the game, can you please respond back with the following information: Browser and version of browser Operating system Does Chat load in other single-player games? I have used Edge and Google browsers and Spades HD does not connect to the server on both browsers. I can chat, I can play all the other games but can not play Spades HD. The Spades HD will load to the point where it just sits there saying connecting to server. I an on a laptop with Windows 10

I cancelled my subscription to Pogo because nothing has been done with the issue of Spades HD not connecting to the server. I am not the only player having this issue. Why do you not repair the issue with this game? Are your customers not important to you? I have been a member for a long time. Repair the issue with the game and then I will renew my subscription. I am not going to pay for a service that I can not use 100% of the time.

I am having the same problem and I am about ready to cancel Club Pogo . I cannot seem to find anyone that can give me an answer .

I agree . People are paying to play these games and the issue should have been fixed before now .
