This is going on about a month now since Myself and others have started stating we are missing rewards rather it be crates or energy or for some- both! This is very frustrating to get no real reply, other than an email that stated the problem would be corrected and yet hasn't been. Please POGO do something. There are long standing customers/consumers that are losing all faith in pogo and are just walking away.
