I am STILL unable to play Secret Word Garden because the ink NEVER refills. I gave this game remarkably low ratings on the little survey that Pogo sent the other day. If only they'd really let us speak our minds! If you're going to have a weekly, at least make sure the game is working properly! Also, on the rare occasion I get one round in, the game has a significant lag.
Here is where I'm currently sitting for ink, with no refills in sight:
I also dissed the survey with NO INK mentioned every time I could....It has been a month...you would think some one would get an answer for us that have no claim button, and yet someone was replied to with the heading GAME LOADING DOES GARDENS by abbycattx.......This was a short time ago....Why can't they reply to all of us WITHOUT A CLAIM BUTTON.....Unbelievable !
I have been waiting for 2 days for more ink too, I thought it was to refill after two hours not two days!
I still haven't been able to get ink in a week? Are they fixing this? My screen looks like that one, people in the chat groups say we should be getting ink every 2 hours????
