Hello, I double checked the Pogo Forums for this specific game and have not seen any issues as of yet. There is a weekly badge for this game that I was able to complete pretty quickly with no issues.
Although you cleared your device yesterday, have you tried clearing them again? Clearing your Browser Cache and Cookies | EA Forums - 10306079
Have you tried Power Cycling (rebooting your router to clear the cache)?
Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system; there have been a few for the month of August 2025 so far.
Freezing can also point to a deeper issue of low memory, try and close all other programs while gaming and an outdated graphics drivers can cause issues, especially with HTML5 games (lots of graphics and memory) double check to see if yours is updated.
