Sweet tooth: Jelly Bombs aren't counting

I am not getting credit for the jelly bombs

    Thanks for confirming that. The fact that it gave you credit at the start and then stopped is useful to know. 🤔

    Another helpful detail you shared is that you're using Internet Explorer. To double-check, by 'Internet Explorer', do you mean the older classic version, or could it be Microsoft Edge? If it's the classic Internet Explorer, that could definitely be part of the issue. It's no longer officially supported and often struggles with HTML5 games like Sweet Tooth, which can lead to things like progress not tracking correctly.

    If you can, try launching the game in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. That will help us determine whether the issue is specific to the browser.

    Hmm, that certainly sounds odd. Thanks for letting us know, and sorry to hear you're experiencing this. It might help to understand things a bit more if you could clarify the following please:

    • You mentioned Jelly bombs. Are you getting credits for any other candy matches, or is it just Jelly Bombs that aren't being scored?
    • For the Jelly bombs, are you matching the candies in an 'L' or 'T' shape group?
    • Are you playing on a PC or a Mac
    • Can you confirm your browser type (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc)?

    it's just the jelly bombs I'm not getting credit for, when I started the game it gave me the crit, I'm stuck on 13, I am using internet explorer and using pc
