Sweet tooth not giving swirl credits

It's been about 2 months since we last heard from you about this, and we're hoping that's a good sign 😄🤞Since things have been quiet here, we'll be closing this thread.

July 30 2025 today's challenge Sweet Tooth Town collect 12 swirls (get 5 in a row and it makes the swirl).  The first two registered and then the ones I got after that, about 5 of them, didn't even register and I'm playing with the sweet play button.  This morning and still now.

I am still stuck on level 59 on this sweet play and it is not a level to win challenges on!!!  EA's responses want to blame everything on us and not take responsibility for their poor technical fix.  Losing paying patrons will hurt you more than you know!

Thanks for reaching out to flag this. I'd like to get a better understanding of what's happening for you with this. Could I double-check what you mean by swirls? Is it the lollipop drop? And could you pop up an image of what you're seeing?

I am done with Sweet Tooth town. Just gave it another try for today's challenge. The level I am stuck on is almost impossible to get swirls on. I do not have hours on end for a otherwise simple challenge. The Sweetplay button has got to go, or at least stop using it in daily challenges.
