Sweet Tooth Town constantly freezing
In the Sports Tailgate Party Bingo Jam event, one of the challenges is obtaining candy swirls in Sweet Tooth Town. We are forced to play in sweet play mode or the swirls don't count. The game freezes which it has done for quite some time but to play in this mode, it's constant which is ridiculous and prevents us from obtaining the rewards. A lot of members are complaining. This problem happens no matter what device I use.
I am computer savvy so yes I have cleared cache, cookies, etc.
photo attached, 1 click and the board is frozen

What Troubleshooting Steps you've already completed:🌵Pogo Sconnie made a heartfelt plea to our community in the Pogo Insider, on 9/8/2025 "Reach out to support with as many details as possible (device, browser/app version, and steps you took). Those specifics help us squash issues faster."
But Why?
This will help the Community Managers with details and the Pogo Team pinpoint the issue. If you observe others experiencing difficulties, kindly share this message and encourage them to provide information. 💥What usually causes delays is not knowing how to troubleshoot or forgetting to give the team all the details they need. Not everyone is having an issue or using the same device or browsers.
