Sweet Tooth Town constantly freezing

After the first move on this level, the game freezes.  I can't complete any badges requiring the sweet play button because it automatically takes me to this level.

Sorry to hear that too. It totally is very frustrating. I have sent message to EA help, Pogo, Forums etc and getting no help at all. We're paying for this, not happy !!

Hello. My Sweet Tooth Town game won't play. After clicking 1 move I get a red circle with a diagonal line through it and it gets stuck. I have done all the troubleshooting options to no avail.

sweettooth town freezes after you make the first move....doesnt matter what game in sweettoothe all freezes after 1 or a few moves

Sweet Tooth Town started freezing 2 days ago.  I gave it some time to see if it would clear up...I cleared my cache to ensure it wasn't on my end....any help for this?

Sweet Tooth Town continues to freeze.  I play a few games, then it freezes.  I'm not able to get any badges for this reason.  This has been happening for a long time.  Will it ever be fixed?

Sweet Tooth Town freezes in level 51, chocolate chip cookie, after 1 move every time. It freezes regularly but this issue is specifically on level 5. Please fix it asap

Both of these games keep locking up, no matter how many times I close them out. With sweet tooth, I can only make one move. For card scramble, a game I really don't like, it keeps giving me the same board. I've finished it so many times, but the game won't complete. Please help fix these issues.

For the last 2 days when trying to compete a challenge, I make one move in Sweet Tooth and the game freezes.  I get the circle with the line through it not allowing me to make any more moves.  Is this happening to anyone else?  What can I do to resolve it??
