Sweet Tooth Town freezing mid game

Sweet Tooth Town is freezing mid-game so often that it is unplayable. I can't complete a single game without freezing and having to leave and restart. This has happened in both Chrome and Edge.

I have been having this problem for a long time now, the game freezes up on games that rotate and or have the rotating red conveyors. Especially if there are a lot of power ups igniting during a move. It has caused me to not be able to complete levels many times. I always clear my cache and I have used 2 different computers. One older one brand new. I also have been having the same type of situation sporadically in garden blast. It is very distressing if you have purchased and used power ups to complete these levels and the game freezes...I can see where people would absolutely have the idea the game is rigged to cause more purchases of power ups with gems...that of course we also have to pay for, I try not to get skeptical but it is very frustrating.

Swwet Tooth Town has been freezing mid game on Level 36 of the Cupcake House. It has been happening for a year or more. The red stop sign mark comes up and will not let me continue the game. I have tried all the recommended ideas.
EA: Please address this issue.

same here - days on lvl 36 and it randomly freezes with the 'no' symbol.. you can tell its got more moves to drop as i can see matched threes that aren't cleared. clearly this is long standing issue - please fix it ea

Sounds like your problem is not related to Pogo, perhaps see a psychiatric specialist.
