Sweet tooth town ice cream shop level 32 keeps freezing.

Been stuck on level 32 for weeks now because the game keeps freezing. I've complained multiple times. I've checked the pogo compatibility tool and that's fine. The game is broken and pogo is just ignoring the complaint. Meanwhile, they had no problem hitting my account for that yearly membership fee.
