Sweet Tooth Town Keeps Freezing

Sweet Tooth Town keeps freezing.  This has happened to me on many levels, but I have used many power ups and pogis to try to finish Sugar Shack Level 48.  I was down to 5 and the game froze.  The random freezing doesn't bother me that much, but the lost of pogis does!

    Hi @fran557 

      

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

    4-14-2023 sweet tooth keeps freezing up and you POGO people gave us a marathon to do. and you can't play the game since yesterday please fix the problem thank you
