Missing Gems
Last night when I signed off I had 180 gems, now I have 100 who took my gems? What happened in 23 hrs to my gems? This isn't the first time I have missing gems I want them back.

my sister's acct had the same thing happen. On 10/15/25 she had 608 gems, and on 10/16/25 she had only 58 left. That is a loss of 550 gems, ( 11 transactions of 550 gems gone with a trans line of "POGO.OFR.50.000####). What is going on?
I bought 600 gems yesterday and this morning I have 2 gems. I sent a message to EA, I hope they respond soon.
