sweet tooth town (sweet play not so sweet)

like so many others this option is a pain in the tookus to say the least. not only is it glitched and can you not finish a level or it comes up when un wanted. now we need it for our daily and im sorry but these glitches are making me nuts . its bad enough when it happens but to have it happen in multiple games. come on pogo this is crazy. i do not like buying anything to finish levels at all but i have tried due to this problem and lost the added items because the game keeps freezing. still after weeks, months i do not even know how long now this problem remains. you tell people it is the computer or cache etc no its not. i have no problem with anything else but home story and sweet tooth freezing. being a member for more than 20+ years . this is not what so many expect for this  kind of  game platform. many expect to play and enjoy not have to get frustrated please resolve these issues for so many.
