Tile Hero, still more of nothing.

Tile Hero isn't working for me either! I've purchased gems to buy options (Put back, shuffle, etc). Twice now, I've  played a hard level using those purchased  options only to receive a message upon winning that it  "can't save my progress". It saves enough of the level though to take the options I purchased.  I'm tired of being cheated out of money and replaying levels I already won!
