I have not been able to get more lives on Tile Hero for over a month now. I have contacted EA and they said no fix is available. What else can I do?

Still waiting for Tile Hero to work...it came on long enough for the Bingo CHallenge and hasn't worked for about three days. Now the Weekly challenge is....Tile Hero!!!....and how are we supposed to play without spending 30 gems to buy coins to load more lives???

This game has been out for over a week now. Has been reported many many times and nothing has been done to fix it. Now its a weekly badge that NO ONE can get. Thanks POGO almost done with them.
