Tri Peak flipping multiple cards

Tri Peaks Solitaire 

After live chatting with someone from technical support, he gave me this link to post the problem I am trying to do a badge in Tri Peaks Solitaire.

He did absolutely nothing to help me resolve the problem & he seemed extremely distracted, After I would post a comment it would take over a minute each time before a speech bubble would appear & I had to ask him each time if he was still there & still had to wait for a reply. Either he does not know his job or as I said was extremely distracted. Very unprofessional! The only question question he asked me is if I tried to uninstall the game then reinstall it? I asked, how do I go about that? He never replied & told me I had to submit a bug report & went on to tell me he was unsure whether anyone from the “bug team” would respond quickly! He failed to tell me I would be posting on a forum not to an employee of EA/Pogo! 

Here’s my problem with Tri Peaks. I am trying to do the badge “open 40 chests” from the wild animal collection. The game is not counting the chests I’ve opened. After opening 3 chests it still showed 0/40 open. I tried again & after opening 2 chests it still showed 0/40 open. I cleared my cache, cookies, etc… restarted my iPad & it still was not counting open chests. I deactivated & reactivated the badge by replacing it with another badge then putting it back to the badge I wanted to do. Now if I opened 3 chests it only counted 1 as being opened. I tried a few more games, if I opened less than 3 it didn’t count them, if I opened 3 it counted it as 1. I tried on 3 different systems & had the same problem. To me this is not a system problem but rather a glitch in how the game is counting/not counting. Not sure what to do now to complete this badge?
