tri peaks is flipping cards in multiple instead of 1 at a time [CM edit - Updated title for clarity]

@msdillon21542 It is very likely your mouse has had the biscuit....I had same issue...new mouse...no more problems.

I am having a terrible time with this game. It is constantly dealing more then 1 card to the point I can't even play it. [CM Edit: Removed ALL CAPS to adhere to the Answers HQ rules.]

You Need to fix card games. But for now tri peaks. When clicking to get to next card it will flip more then one card. Then you have to do undo button. I have asked around and it is just not just me. I have clean cookies and such and it still happens. It will at times flip like 3 cards and you can only undo one. Please Fix.

I have had this problem ever since using the new pogo page. I have been a UK member for many years, and Tri Peaks has always been a favourite game. I play on a desk pc using windows 10 and Firefox browser. I have a cordless mouse and have recently changed the battery which has made no difference whatsoever. I play other card games also on a regular basis, but clicking once for a new card and flipping 2 or 3 cards at a time is very frustrating. Please either fix the software so that it is not so sensitive, or give more undos so that we at least have a fighting chance of completing a game!!

Hello,Whenever I play Tri-Peaks HD, when I click on the cards, 2 (or more I can't tell) flip over and I'm not able to use all my whole deck. I did find this question in your forum however, it said "access denied". I'm signed in as my name's at the top of the page so I don't know what the problem could be. I thought this was fixed a while ago but it's doing it again, Please help me with this?Thank You,Donna

@EA_Arrenai I checked out the trouble shooting on this and I'm on a PC, I have 11.8 GB ram, and I tried a different mouse to no avail. The game is still flipping multiple cards when I click on the deck. Now what do I do? Thank you for your suggestions and leading me to the trouble shooting. Oh, and I tried a different browser as well.

Hey there, @Drmorrison55.

When you click the blue link in my previous thread, it will open a new tab that has the tool in it. It will take a second or two to run, and then the results will be on that page. The system information section is the second half of the page, which includes the OS, browser version, etc.

Hello - I used to enjoy playing tri peaks solitaire. The stupid game is flipping two cards at a time for the last six months. This is a glitch that must be fixed. I am sure that other players have noticed this glitch for quite some time, also.

Please address this issue asap. Thank you!

Hi,
I guess I wasn't specific enough. I play in Chrome so how I open the tool in that browser? My email is on AOL and I don't know if it would be the same information as it doesn't even show that I have flash (which I do still). I open Chrome and sing in to Pogo from there so how do I run the tool there?

It looks like Google Chrome may be out of date. The latest version is Version 85.0.4183.83. Would you be able to try to update Google Chrome to see if that improves gameplay for you?
