Hey there, @strshne420. Thanks for the update.
How did the troubleshooting go for you? If it's still acting up after the troubleshooting, particularly the hardware acceleration step, can you paste your Pogo Compatibility Tool information here? It would help a ton.

Arrenai, I truly appreciate you but, the troubleshooting you sent for me to do is WAY complex. I don't understand it. I am SO technologically-challenged it's ridiculous. I'll happily follow your advice if you can resend it but word it so a fairly smart 3 year old can understand it. Otherwise, it's over my head.
Thanks and sorry.

Hey there, @strshne420.
I'll be happy to walk you through the troubleshooting. To start, so I can give you the correct instructions for your browser, which one do you use for Pogo?

I use Mozilla Firefox. And, can you tell me why every time I come here to reply, I have to get a security code?

Hey there, @strshne420.
Security codes should only show up if you have Login Verification turned on with your EA account and don't set the browser to be remembered. If you set Remember Me, then it won't prompt you for another until you clear your browser cache.
It does appear that it was a good idea to ask the steps for Firefox as things have changed a bit. I'll have to update the troubleshooting for Firefox.
To toggle your hardware acceleration on or off on Firefox, please try the following steps:
- Open the menu and select Options
- In the Search at the top of the Options screen, type "performance"
- Under the heading Performance, uncheck "Use recommended performance settings"
- There will be a new section that pops up, uncheck (or check) hardware acceleration
What this setting does is if is unchecked, it will rely on the browser to do the running of the HTML5 graphics. If it's checked, it relies more on the hardare (like your motherboard) to do the heavy lifting of the HTML5 and other browser programming.
Choose whichever one ends up running better for you. There's no definitive best setting for everyone, only what is best for your PC. Try it both ways to see how it runs for you.
Please give that a try and let me know how it goes.
