I TRYED TROUBSHOOTING. I EVEN UNSTALLED AND RESTALLED AND IT ISN'T WORKING IT STILL HAS THE CHECK MARKS IN ALL OF THE ADVANCED INTERMEDIOTE EXPERT AND MASTER. i CALTHAT
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO DO THAT AND HUNG UP THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME TIME TO TELL THEM i HAVE ALREADY TRYED IT AND DIDN'T WORK. PLEASE HELP!

- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
