turbo 21
When trying to playing Turbo 21 for the Holiday Ball Celebration, all the cards appear totally black. I have contacted EA through email. They have sent 6 emails always answering my response emails. Each of there emails is from a different person and each of their people tell me to try the same things to fix the problem, ask me the same question which I have answered to all of them and also sent them a picture of the Turbo 21 screen which shows the problem which they requested. However, each person asks the same questions and for a picture. I have tried everything they have suggested and nothing fixes the problem. I have never had a problem playing this game before and all other games are playing fine with no problems. I feel problem is on EA's part and they need to fix it but since every time you answer their email you get a response that is exactly worded the same with just a different person's name on it.. No one who responds from EA seems to have any brains and I now believe that they are not even a real person. As you know, you can not move on to the next game in the Holiday Ball Celebration, because you must plan them in order. So I can forget the Celebration badge because EA has no customer service and no competent perple working there..

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
