no fix. just crickets chirping in the night. I am seeing more people with the same issue now. Maybe someone will actually work on it.
Hello! Could you please clarify if you tried the steps given to resolve the problem? Also have you tried using another device to make your purchase?
Additionally, can you provide the details of the device you are using - Browser, Make and Model?

I have changed to 3 different computers. This one is a brand new HP lap top with Windows 11. I have deleted payment cards and paypal and reentered them all. I have run incognito mode, chrome browser, edge browser, firefox browser and Edge, my default browser. I have always, over 10 years, on this platform and never had this problem. I am extremely frustrated since this started Feb 20. On March first everything worked great for a single purchase at each dollar amount for gems. After one purchase back to the message of something wrong. Transaction could not be completed again.

Have you check Microsoft Defender Firewall or If you're using third-party antivirus software, open its interface and look for a section related to firewall or network protection to ensure checkout.ea.com or pogo.com is not blocked.
At times, it may automatically block access if it identifies any suspicious activity. Pogo is actually EA, and during the checkout process, it redirects to checkout.ea.com. It could potentially block only specific sections of a website, like the payment area, rather than the entire site.
Double check to make sure they are not on the block list.

I checked and updated Microsoft. I use Malwarebytes. I looked at all the parameters and they are all allowed for EA. nothing is blocked. next step? thank you for answering me.
