"Poppit Bingo - Does not credit for golden ballon’s popped": You will need to use a powerup to turn the ballon golden, it is the solid gold, not the one with the circle around it as seen below.
"Solitaire Home Story - After playing one game (if you can get it to Start at all) Error message pops up says game needs to refresh then a scrambled black screen appears." Any time we see images scramble or different colored screens a graphics driver issue is one of the most common culprits. Please view the Apple Troubleshooting guide > Apple Troubleshooting
"Claire Heart Classic - items are collected and no credit given" If you are currently playing the Bingo Challenge Event, this challenge is for Claire Hart: Secret in the Shadows Find 10 Gold Keys before the event ends, not the original Claire Hart. If it is not for this event which badge in Claire Hart Classic, is it for?
"Jungle Jin- wont load Humans unless volume is turned on" There was a service alert on this game, however there are some that are still reporting issues and EA Community Manager EA_Lanna is requesting feedback from players to resolve this issue.
