Unable to Update Payment Info or Change Payment in POGO

I am unable to update payment info or change payment.  It is a known issue that should have been resolved at the beginning of September this year but it is still affecting POGO players like me.  I am getting a server error.

    Hey there, @cpck1110sI and @2koala. Let's see if we can track down why this is occurring with you both.

    If you're seeing some issues updating your payment information for Pogo, please try clearing your browser cache.

    From there, if you're still experiencing issues, please try another browser. 

    After doing both of those things, if you're still not able to update your payment details, please reply back and I'll see what next steps we can take.

    I am having the same issue. I followed the instructions for Safari and restarted my computer, but I get the same eternity spinning circle when trying to update my payment information.

    I am having the same issues.  Did anyone get ANY help with this?  I only have 2 weeks to do this before my subscription runs out!

    Hi

    I've done the "chat thing" an was directed, by chat representative, to another page where I could change my billing information (which was why I was contacting EA/Pogo in the first place.). I'm still unsure if the change has gone through as, on the EA page it shows it has but on the Pogo "My Account" page it still shows the "old" credit card number as my method of payment. Sure would be nice to talk to a live person about things like this and have someone (on the EA/Pogo end of the conversation) make the necessary changes rather than have us try various things, by trial and error, to see if the problem was on our computers. I'd hate to lose over 20 years of Pogo history because an attempt to bill a now defunct card resulted in a payment denial. Please advise

    having same issue to update the exp on my care also 2 letters were added to my game name?
