"it wants me to verify my identity and when I press the button to send me a code that code does not go to my email."

What you’re describing is often called two-factor authentication (2FA) or multi-factor authentication (MFA). It’s one of the most effective ways to protect accounts because it requires not just your password, but also a second proof of identity, which is great and highly recommend having on any website.

 "It went to my email before and I never had any problems, but now I can't get any emails from pogo." 

If it went to your email before this is a good thing 🙂 At times a simple refresh of the page will help with emails popping up, additionally you pay want to check your SPAM folder, sometimes regular emails can be sent there. 

"I'm not sure what to do. I can't even get on pogo to make sure that my email address is correct. I'm not the best on computers to try and figure out what is going on."

If you indeed have the correct email address for the Pogo Account, you can log into EA Help, to verify your information (this is where our main Pogo account is). You can visit EA Help by logging on using your Pogo credentials here > EA Help: Official support

If for some reason you cannot log on with your email address, you will need to speak with EA Help directly to resolve this issue, we are able to speak with them as a guest and explain our situation. Look for the "Still Having Issues" icon and then select "Continue as a Guest"
