Hello! I understand how frustrating and confusing this can be especially when you're not seeing the energy rewards you expected. When we play the Treasure Trove game:
- Energy won appears in the original Merge Academy
- Coins won will appear in both games for us to utilize
The best advice I can offer for the original Merge Academy is stock up on the free rewards and taking a break from playing for a few days. This will give you a great head start! As for the Treasure Trove game it is very time sensitive and in order to progress you really need to play it every day and every few hours for the free energy and for the generators to replenish.
Additionally, anytime we see something not working properly it is always a good idea to exit the site and clear our cookies and cache, these can become corrupt, stale, or bloated and can cause all sorts of issues. Clearing your cookies and cache will give your device a clear path to speak with Pogo servers.

Well gee, you should have written energy is SUPPOSED to go to original Merge game. Which I know. And it is not going anywhere. I win the energy and it goes away! A disappering act. I KNOW where the energy is supposed to show up and the coins. Played the game for a very long time. I play multiple times a day and I clean multiple times a day. NO your reply does not h elp in the least. Another problem with pogo? Always assuming the player doesn't know what we are doing. ALWAYS assuming we don't clean cookies and cache and that cookies and cache is always the problem. IT IS NOT. I have had multiple problems with this game. If pogo can't fix it get rid of it. I have stopped spending much on gems, now I will stop spending anything and as I said maybe jsut time to leave pogo. Can't get any refunds any help, anything at all anymore. Sad how bad this site is now.
I double checked the game again as a Pogo player myself I can see the energy from the Treasure Trove Game is working as designed 🙂

I Iknow you are trying to help. However another assumption is being made. WHY would you or anyone else ASSUME that if a game is working for YOU it is therefore working for everyone? I DID get some energy yesterday when playing. NOT the amount that was stated but I did get some energy. I have played Merge since it started here and so played the Treasure Trove as well. Most times it worked this time it did not. I won't play it next time. Not enough energy to really accomplish much.
