Weird Jewel Academy loading issue

Everything was working fine until yesterday. Then Jewel Academy stopped loading when I started it from Early Access. But it loads without a problem from Pogo Classic. Here's the computer info (I'm using Firefox):

    While you may have already tried this, could you try clearing your browser cache and let me know if it improves loading for you on Early Access?

  • @drypelia , Nice to know that Classic Pogo is working fine on this issue but not Early Assess Pogo. God help us all when March 10 comes!

    @cafedelon I pretty much only play on Early Access and Jewel Academy is my favorite game. I play it daily and with no problems. I have played it yesterday and this morning. I use Google chrome and I have never had a problem with it not playing.

    @drypelia have you tried using a different browser, like Google chrome?

    Hey there, @drypelia.

    As this does appear to be specific to Pogo Early Access, I moved it to the New Pogo Experience forum.

    When it fails to load, do you get a specific error message or does it hang?
