Wheel of fortune multipliers

I had a  2X and activated it and it didn't give it to me. I bought a 3X and it gave me a 2X when i activated it. Every time you have more than one Xs it takes all of them when you use one of them. I had 3 5X and clicked use and when i came back later they were all gone. This has happened 5 times.

The past two days I've also bought two 5X multipliers and it only counted as a 3X. I will not be buying any more multipliers until this problem is fixed!

I love to play Wheel of Fortune, so I've been needlessly spending lots and lots of gems playing the game because of bugs that should have been fixed a long time ago.  The multipliers are shortchanging me (buy 5x, get 3x; buy 3x, get 2x; buy 2x, get none) and I've bought a boatload of 5x over the past couple of weeks, which the game has cheated me out of.  The game is not providing the 3-consecutive-win award.  I won one of the lifetime solve-the-puzzle-with-one-guess awards, which was not provided.  The Cities function is not working.  And on and on. 

Is the Pogo site being serviced at all?  In some cases, the fix to a problem should merely be the press of a button, or something equivalent.  Yet, some of the problems with this site have existed for a very long time.  If something doesn't give soon, I'm going to cancel my 23-year subscription to Pogo.com.  This is getting ridiculous.

Please apprise when I will reimbursed, either with refunded gems, or with the powerups I actually bought that were not provided.  Thanks.

This is happening to me, as well.  I have purchased both 3- and 5- multipliers and the amounts are not showing up.   Hoping POGO will provide an update as to the problem being addressed.
