Could you help us narrow down what might be the cause of the issue by posting a few details for me?
Are you playing on PC or mobile? If on PC can you let us know what browser you are using and if it is currently updated to the latest version?
Lastly could you please give us a DxDiag so we can take a look to see if there are any issues on your PC?
