Why cant i buy pogo gems. After i choose a

I haven't been able to purchase pogo gems since December. Once i click on the amount I want an error screen pops up

    Hi @mmceltic322 Thanks for this information!

    Could we try going through the following, and then check if you continue to get the same error message? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari

  • Can't buy pogo gems. Get message "don't have permission to use this page" and " can't complete,try again later"

    Using microsoft surface pro with windows 11

    Tried updating modem, windows, chrome..nothing helps

    Screen Name:  MMCELTIC322

    Location: New York USA

    Payment Method Type (Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, etc.:   using DISCOVER CARD

    Case number (if you have one)

    Should you have an active club pogo? Have pogo membership, just restarted about a week ago

    When was the last time you could successfully purchase Gems? Never since rejoining

    Are you getting an error message? (If so please provide) "Try again later" and "don't have permission to use ve here"

    Please also list any troubleshooting you have tried, as well as a screenshot of the error:

    Tried updating everything  Reset modem, surface pro, anything I can  think of.
