Hello! Sorry to hear about Poppit Bingo operating slowly for you. I double checked the game before replying to you and it was operating as designed on my side, however I think I can help troubleshoot your issue 🙂
When our online games move slowly, this is generally a sign of low RAM (memory), updates trying or needing to be processed, outdated graphics drivers.
How to Troubleshoot:
🎈Close unused tabs and apps to free up memory - have only the Pogo website open while gaming.
🎈Clear your browser cache—this can resolve lag caused by stored data.
🎈Update/Check for updates on your device, browser and graphics drivers.
🎈Try a different browser to see if the issue persists.
🎈Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the log on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or not load properly.Additionally, check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.
