why can't I get into my pogo account, I already signed in

I signed into my account and it just says oops sorry. What is going on? Help

@LadyJaneLady Can you try going through our HTML5 troubleshooting and try to sign in again? If you continue having issues can you let me know which browser you are currently on?

@clasIsnv120 If I'm going to have this much trouble to get to POGO Poppitt I'm going to find somewhere else to play.
