why can't I get into my pogo account, I already signed in

I signed into my account and it just says oops sorry. What is going on? Help

@LadyJaneLady Can you try going through our HTML5 troubleshooting and try to sign in again? If you continue having issues can you let me know which browser you are currently on?

Same here - member for many years. Ask for a refund if this will be the norm. Not worth the trouble.
