why can't I get into my pogo account, I already signed in

I signed into my account and it just says oops sorry. What is going on? Help

@LadyJaneLady Can you try going through our HTML5 troubleshooting and try to sign in again? If you continue having issues can you let me know which browser you are currently on?

I was already signed into my account. After playinf for a while, I was kicked off. It would not allow me to reenter. Why???
